Jim Collins
Designer
Jim has worked on a wide range of private and public projects, from affordable housing to academic renovations and new buildings. He brings creativity and thoughtful analysis to every project. His attention to detail is invaluable on the development, detailing, and execution of a project.
Before pursuing and achieving his M.Arch from the University of Oregon, Jim was awarded a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota. He studied studio arts, with a focus on painting and drawing, and spent a semester abroad in Florence, Italy, where he gained an appreciation for Renaissance art and architecture. After his undergraduate education, Jim worked as a technical editor in the information security industry.
